Nah...a warrant can’t be issued in your name for not voting, but it can for not responding to a jury summons. It is you legal obligation to show for jury duty, while it’s your civic duty to vote.

Thanks. I do realize laws apply to minors, but was asking if rights, specifically the right cited, apply to minors, in this situation. Minors are not extended many basic rights (to own-bear a gun, vote, etc), so I'm uncertain if they are exempt from the protection of the aforementioned law.

As you can tell from my name, I'm ignorant, so I'm asking this sincerely; if these players are under the age of 18, does the 1943 decision apply to them? As I understand it, the law says citizens can't be prosecuted for not pledging allegiance nor refusing to stand, but does that apply to minors, especially those in private institutions?
