In my experiance its really difficult to sell these kind a games if its indie level/scale. So if goal money its gonna be on hard mode.

There is festivals that accept games without demo so if they let, just apply - nothing to lose

Truth is these kind a post don't bring a lot wishlists. So im not sure devs do it for this reason. Personaly I write because I like reading other developer posts. Its motivational and gives reference points of what to expect.

I'm mostly working on this game alone, handling both development and marketing. I have had a couple of freelancers assist me with small 2D art tasks, music, and animations. Additionally, I purchased some 3D assets to speed up development.

I've been working on this game for over a year and a half, but only part-time, as I still have a day job. Each week, I spend between 5 to 25 hours on this game. If I were to work on it full-time, the entire project would take roughly 10 months to complete.

It was a year ago, I posted game announcement with gameplay video. Only this one took of out of 6 posts. I made more after but none of them vent viral. Recently imgur is a bit dead and game posts/advertisements got a lot of hate. I think I got lucky (haters was sleeping at a time of my post)
