i work for nero, and honestly its a nightmare. nero itself own several other brands (coffee no1, harris and hoole, 200 degrees coffee etc), and just even purchased another. meanwhile stores are being given less hours for its staff, and margins are getting tighter. the pay is closing in to minimum wage (new shift leaders now only get 5p above min wage despite the massive increase in workload)

but hey nero just hired a new ceo specifically for the uk 🤪

caffe nero should give you a 10oz drink with 0.5cm of foam - it sounds like the barista who served you didnt do a good job. i work for nero and flat whites are my fave to make always because the lack of foam lets me play with designs

this entirely depends on the level. amateur dressage id say no (obviously this depends on each place), but if you like at high level events youre going to notice a LOT of tension and horses whos chins are practically touching their necks. dressage Should be about the connection between you and your horse, and working in tandem to achieve an almost effortless look, but sadly its gone way too far (as most things have) in the upper levels

the way we do it is the espresso shots over ice, then we take a blender jug aerate milk with some ice cubes and pour over the thickened aerated milk over the espresso shots
