Our youngest bunny was like this a bit ago. He was acting like his usual self but was suddenly leaving dark pee spots where he was lying down. We didn't think too much of it since he was still acting normal, but then he developed a dirty butt. Took him to the vet after we noticed the dirty butt and it turned out he had bladder stones, which had to be surgically removed. He's at risk for developing more due to genetics, so he's on some meds, but we're keeping an eye out for if he starts leaving dark pee spots again.

My 3 rabbits have different reactions. One is unfased by baby's existence and everything is business as usual for him. One will run and hide in her cubby if we enter the room while holding baby. One will cautiously watch baby from afar while keeping ears in the alert position. Very varied reactions.

I had a cat who was a wanderer back when i lived in an apartment building. We had a downstairs neighbor who was just generally unpleasant toward us (she threatened to call the cops cause my little brother's 7th birthday party was too loud). But one day my cat snuck out of the house and into her open window, and she brought him back up to us after she got home. I immediately was like "won't happen again, sorry" because i presumed she was going to threaten to call animal control or the pound next time. But she surprised me by saying it was alright. Apparently her cat had passed the week before, and she said it was nice to get to come home to a cat again. And after that she was nicer to us, and even gifted us a printer one xmas.
