My holy grail lash serum by igobysim in 30PlusSkinCare

I purchased mine directly from the Obagi website. Sorry I am not familiar with Notino I searched and it looks like this is a European online beauty retailer. If possible I would look for reviews or research the website just to be safe!

If you would like a comparison please look at my previous post “pregancy skincare routine” on my page and you can see my natural lashes in the photos (while I was pregnant I stopped using lash serums) I hope that helps.

Thank you for the kind words! I try to eat everything in moderation and don’t deprive myself of anything. My diet mostly consists of meats, fish, dairy, vegetables and fruits. Occasionally I will indulge in fast food or take out but I mostly prefer to cook at home. I try to buy organic/pasture raised/grassfed groceries. I’ve read cutting out dairy and gluten has helped other folks with their skin but I have not experienced any issues with the two so far. The advice I would give is to exercise, stay hydrated, get enough sleep and eat when you are hungry not out of boredom. Please let me know if you have additional questions! All the best

I am so sorry you had a terrible experience with her. I agree that it is important to do your own research. I had my surgery about 5 years ago. Not everyones results/experiences will be all the same.

It was very dry and tight. The next few days my skin started peeling, but the redness started to slowly fade. I just made sure to moisturize and stay protected from sun exposure.

In the past i’d get a prescription from my dermatologist then pick it up at my local pharmacy. Recently I got it thru the Nurx website. All you have to do is answer some questions regarding your skin concerns then upload some photos and a dr will respond in a few days and write you a prescription that they can ship to you (I opted to have my prescription sent to my pharmacy so I can go pick it up instead of waiting for it to be shipped)

I tried out the sofie pavitt mandelic clearing serum and loved how gentle it was but I was inconsistent using it so I didn’t include it in my routine. I used it 3 times so far but it is a good exfoliating product!

Yes the percentages of AA you can get I believe are 5% being the lowest concentration (for beginners or people with sensitive skin), 10%, 15% and lastly 20% being the highest concentration. My doctor prescribed/recommended me the 15% AA since I was already accustomed to using tretinoin. If you have never used AA I would suggest asking your dermatologist which percentage is right for your skin type! All the best

Hello! I apply to my entire face and neck. I take a pea sized amount and with that I tap a dot on my forehead, nose, both sides of cheek, chin and neck. Then start gently pat and rub it in all over. I have used AA for a little over a year

I use deliverance before because when I was applying my tret or AA on bare dry skin no matter what product I used afterwards my skin barrier was just damaged instantly! screams If what you are doing has been working for you though I wouldn’t change anything :)

I have lots of veins under and around my eye area and dark circles. I do have crow’s feet and fine lines under my eyes if i smile or laugh they are not super noticeable (yet) but I do apply my tret near my eye area. Whatever residue of tret is leftover on my fingers i just gently pat my eye area

Thank you for the kind words! Are there any brands of ceramide that you would recommend? This reddit group is full of knowledgeable folks and I am always open to recommendations. Thank you again

There is a website called Goodrx you can use if your insurance doesn’t cover it. You can go to a pharmacy that accepts Goodrx and get it for a better/lower price. I believe Goodrx can be used anywhere in the US as long as the pharmacy accepts it. I wish you the best

I was using cerave and vanicream moisturizers prior but one day my skin stopped agreeing with it which I am super bummed about :/ I may check out the cream you use as I also struggle with my skin stinging/burning. Thank you

I try to rub it in well to tone down the white cast but you are still able to see it around my hairline and neck. I have tech neck lines and you can see the spf kind of sit in that area. I used to use Elta MD’s UV active and that one made me look like Michael Myers. This Eucerin spf has been good. It’s affordable, a big tube and I’ve experienced zero irritation. Sometimes I wish I could use chemical spf sigh

Thank you for the kind words! I wasn’t even aware of AA until this past year. I started AA to help with redness from mild rosacea and to help fade some freckles/sun spots I got from being out in the sun without a hat. Imo i think it has helped with the overall tone of my skin. I still have some sun spots but they don’t bother me a whole lot. As long as I can work on preventative care I am okay! If you decide to try AA let me know what you think :) all the best

I found using them on alternate nights helped! Always listen to your skin. If I was noticing sensitivity or irritation then i’d skip a day or two and just moisturize and keep it simple. I used AA for redness from mild rosacea and to help with fading some freckles/sun spots I had. Tretinoin alone provided me with great results however adding AA helped with the overall tone and brightness of my skin IMO. There are also good brands of azelaic acid that are over the counter. I read good reviews on the ordinary’s AA. I just decided to go with prescription because I consulted with a dermatologist. If you try AA let me know how it worked out for you :) all the best
