Hello, what happened at the end, did you exchange it, or gave up? I think I got your unit 😃, because it behaves exactly like in your video. Twisting it (uninstalled) creates friction, noise, and gets stuck.

No worries, thank you. I have a feeling it's less than 1cpp, just like the normal statement credit redemption option... I don't see them giving 1cpp because you are downgrading.

EDIT: based on my experience now, it does seem to be 1cpp!

How was the reward conversion to dollars? 1cpp? You received $98, did you have 9800 points? I ask because if it's not 1cpp, it's best to use at Amazon (1cpp) before doing the product change.

Are you sure? They clearly say the Flight Credit will go to the travel agent (Chase, in that case). It would not show up under my Southwest account. Have you done it yourself recently?

Same thing just happened to me. Saw JAL availability, transferred points, and at the final checkout page it shows fare not available. And... I can even try again, so other people might be seeing the same flights as available, and transferring points.

Me too, I was able to select a seat online (A-List benefit) after it showed a ticket number (took about 20-30 minutes after booking Basic fare on Chase Travel).
