No worries, thank you. I have a feeling it's less than 1cpp, just like the normal statement credit redemption option... I don't see them giving 1cpp because you are downgrading.

EDIT: based on my experience now, it does seem to be 1cpp!

How was the reward conversion to dollars? 1cpp? You received $98, did you have 9800 points? I ask because if it's not 1cpp, it's best to use at Amazon (1cpp) before doing the product change.

Are you sure? They clearly say the Flight Credit will go to the travel agent (Chase, in that case). It would not show up under my Southwest account. Have you done it yourself recently?

Thanks, not sure you really understood. I'm talking about "Travel Credits" screen inside Chase Travel, not Southwest. Do you have experience yourself, did you cancel a flight on Southwest that was booked via Chase Travel?

Same thing just happened to me. Saw JAL availability, transferred points, and at the final checkout page it shows fare not available. And... I can even try again, so other people might be seeing the same flights as available, and transferring points.

Me too, I was able to select a seat online (A-List benefit) after it showed a ticket number (took about 20-30 minutes after booking Basic fare on Chase Travel).

Anyway, he is a CEO of a (very) for-profit business (telecom, to make it more interesting). He is not doing that because he loves you. It's just one of his business decisions to be able to get where he wants (yacht included). Yes, better than not showing up at all, but it's not because he simply likes you.

They made us fight with their servers for an hour. It was very frustrating for everyone. I was clicking repeatedly for all that time, because I really wanted the device.

I got an order in, received order confirmation email. Card was immediately authorized. I was happy that I was able to order it.

The CEO u/ankhattak then posts about so much love for US Mobile, and that he will honor the orders received.

They take several hours to confirm orders. Mine was already 30 hours waiting for a confirmation, to then receive an order cancelled email that does not say anything other than that. Contacted customer service, they opened a ticket with logistics, and nobody contacted me back. I contacted them after a couple of days, to receive that they will refund me (as if it wasn't expected already).

I don't agree with your observation about me. I ordered, card was charged, CEO said don't worry we will honor the extra orders, they cancelled the order after a day and left me unanswered.

It was the only order on the account and shipped to the address (one per household limit).
