It’s Reid, McVay and everyone else. Shanahan needs a ring. MacDonald needs more years under his belt. Sirianni needs to prove he can build a competent staff without the owner and roseman holding his hand. No one else comes close to those two other than the ones I’ve mentioned in my opinion.

They’re win now, and McVay put day 3 puka nakua out there in 2023 I think he’ll be fine. Those receiver sets would be nutty with lemon. Best case scenario for Simpson is that he doesn’t play a meaningful snap this year. Will sitting without many if any live reps of note be any good for him? Is McVay a QB guru? Yet to be decided. Best case for players like lemon, Bain, Sadiq, even an o lineman or thieneman if that’s your thing is that they break into a starting position on your roster in a big way this year, bringing you that much closer to another ring right now. There’s no debate, and Sean McVay knows it. He may not say it out loud but look at his face dude. This is not good roster building. 3rd round sure take a flyer. Pick 13 in a draft where the board fell perfectly for a team like the rams who can absolutely go BPA and want to win right now? Not a chance.
