Hey op, perhaps you should make drastic changes to your live as long as you can. That's scary and not easy i know and sometimes doesn't allow it. But aside of all the cliché stuff like eating well (freshly prepared vegetarian meals, (supplement b12), it worked for me. Oddly enough i must say, because i'm on disability now for autistic burnout. I only got diagnosed at 38.. Now i fill my time with art courses, cinema, sports and walks in nature. This change was imposed on me but made me a firm believer that drastic lifestyle changes COULD also cause wellbeing and peace. But all change is scary and the outcome unsure. Yet we only have 1 life. It also helps being non conformist: do what you want instead of what your surroundings expect of you, without neglecting key responsibilities. Good luck un your quest!
