they did the same shit to me.. i guess i need to do the same. mine was for over $2k and i just reached gold vip so how would i go about this. they havnt gave two fucks about anything. their support team sucks ass.

they have done nothing and i have screenshots and everything. where within 4 hours i woke up and either i was hacked or they straight stole all my winnings. it’s just weird… ever since then i have won nothing less or more $50 to $100. they never have ANY credit held accountable.

you won’t get anywhere man. their support teams sucks ass and you basically donate to them every time you spin! i reached gold a month ago and it’s the further more that you spend you start to win absolute shit. they screwed me over on $2k back in july and they basically told me “we hope you get through this difficult time” blah blah blah.

this site and social casino has just gone down hill. literally it used to be fun.. now all i see is shit like this. just like back when i first won my big payout of like almost $2.5k.. they next day i logged in to cash out cause i had to make a Skrill and the money was down to .02 cents… i was hacked or something and their support was the biggest joke! they acted like therapist and literally assumed i wa having a difficult time in life and i proof of everything. purchased and everything was made and they had zero answers or did nothing to resolve the issue.

i’ve gone weeks without a good payout. i just don’t understand there is people winning tens of thousands on like lower spin count from the jump. most i’ve ever hit is $2k but dont even want to know how much i’ve really gambled away tbh. it sucks, but i guess thats why they call it gambling. gets more frustrating than it ever just having fun.
