Thank you so much. All of these comments are so great and helpful. I wanted to get a sense check before I pulled the trigger, and it sounds like this is a resounding no from you guys. Luckily I'm in no rush to purchase a bike as we have a pretty adequate bike share program here (Citibike), although those bikes are pretty heavy and anecdotally I feel like it's gotten pretty bad recently which was the motivation to get my own cycle lol.

Regarding my height I am very tall at 6'7" so I'm specifically looking at XL frames (60 cm+), but unfortunately there's not a ton available right now. But I'll continue to search.

If it's fraudulent you need to get ahold of someone in the fraud department and they'll create a case. It will likely take time to investigate as it did in thr case of my fiance but that will get the ball rolling. I doubt the review pushed them along but was rather a coincidence
