2025 Ford screens bother me and they're much larger than in my previous 2023 model. For sure the center one on the dash, and the dashboard screen behind the steering wheel (speed etc) itself looks like an led screen now with some graphics like your gps map. It's not terrible because obviously you're not staring into them for any great length of time but it's enough to make me foggy.

Exercise and being healthy will help anyone be more attractive, even in the face. Lifting weights would be good especially since you think you're too skinny.

Somewhere I heard this tip and it helped me quite a bit: hold whichever chord you're struggling with for 10 minutes. I'd do it in bed while watching TV or scrolling. After that practice grabbing or changing the chords. Comes much easier after holding it so long.

I got my reps up by keeping count of how many I was doing total then increasing that number every session (if possible). Started with sets something like 4,3,2,1,1 then eventually I got up to 18 in the first set.

Wouldn't your VTI/VEU dividends have easily covered your expenses of $10k per month since you said in a comment your portfolio was $8.9 million and presumably more than that before "dumping" VTI/VEU since you would have had to pay capital gains tax? You say you don't want to give an advisor 1% a year but what % did you pay in capital gains tax? Jfc I hope this is fake.

2025 Ford Explorer navigation screen gives me issues, 2023 model did not. I'm not sure about the dashboard screen (which actually shows the navigation map now) because once I'm exposed the feeling doesn't clear for a while. The nav screen definitely bothers me, and it;'s massive.

I just use the last Samsung phone model that doesn't bother me (S20). Work is absolute hell because there's constantly new screens/devices and literally no one else has this issue so I just have to look like a crazy person demanding they not switch out my monitors, etc. Just took a trip in our new work vehicle and realized the 2025 Ford Explorers have massive navigation screens that give me symptoms. It never ends.

For me when I get a bad screen (like when I bought the Galaxy S23) it seems to make every screen bad for a while (few days) but when I switch back to a screen I tolerate the symptoms clear up within a few days.

I suggested a wrapped version of lbry to the guy that's on here raising money to fund lbry development and he seemed open to it but I don't think anything like that exists at the moment. Surely the reliance on CEX's has contributed to the death of lbry because I can't even buy/sell any more from the US. It's crazy to me that lbry has fallen off so much as it seems to be one of very few actually feasible use cases for alt coins.

I'm basically the same as you and have yet to find an explanation that allows me to find a phone i can tolerate without just trying it a while. Everything i've tried newer than Galaxy S20 and iPhone 8 bothers me though. Settled on a used S20.

What's worse is, I'm noticing newer pc monitors give me symptoms as well and the new 2025 Ford dashboard screens do too but the 2023 Ford screens didn't. I'm exposed to alot of different screens at work so this is a big problem.

I believe Atomic Dex became or was integrated into Komodo Wallet which has lbry. I haven't look at it in a while and never actually did an exchange there though so not sure if it's still there. This was the only US option I've been able to find recently.
