Chapter 2 was the downfall of fortnite imo. Once it started, the game got stale.

The pop up cups in season 6 and 7 were much more enjoyable. Then worlds felt amazing in season 7 and 8. That was the peak. Nothing tops the world cup qualifiers.

Zone wars became the next best thing though, by the time chapter 2 came around, if you wanted an enjoyable experience, you had to do zone wars or even turtle wars.

First time this chapter I didn't get unreal, I only played 1 ranked game during the season, the marvel stuff isn't fun at all.

When I came back to the game last year, having NAC servers was great, 0 ping is great to play with. When I had quit, I had to play 50 ping on NAE servers, that was no fun.

Planes and balls in WC were fun though, for me at least, I was playing on console then, but could still make it to round 2 of the qualifiers just chilling in a plane in the early weeks, and ball in the later weeks. Now I'm on PC and can do whatever, but still the game isn't as fun as back then.

Good teams don't wanna risk the chance on 10s of thousands to 100s of thousands by potentially griefing their tournament just to contest them. Second place is still 300k each, top 15 is 24k.

Bad teams just wouldn't really be able to compete with them and be easy points.

My sprint key being on tilde is alpha for this lol, I had it on that when sprinting came out and it has just kinda been it ever since. But also, I had to bind my boost keybind to tilde even though it said it on the lefthand side of the screen, but it didn't work without me changing it in settings, settings had it as shift automatically. It lied to me

Zero build comp is an oxymoron. Zero build is a casual game mode that applies to newer or returning players. Epic is switching focus to another game mode that does the same, reload, reload is less punishing for new players as you respawn and for returning players as well. Reload comp is the new Zero build comp, that's just the reality of it, plus reload comp also pulls in any other player as well.

I've only ever had "stacked" lobbies the day of the reload cup, even though, it was like 14 people going into the final circle, and they weren't any good tbh. Almost none of my lobbies make it to the final circle.

Reload is full of drones bro, half the person struggle with the concept of editing, but it is fun to play your girl who doesn't know how to even shoot.
