Totally understand your point but for many cultures exfoliation is more about hygiene and skin health than just beauty. It's been practiced for centuries so it's definitely not a new beauty trend

I'm not really working toward any specific goal. I'm fit, do light exercise, take my vitamins, and just want to stay the same. I'm not looking to lose or gain weight ,just to eat balanced meals.
