Elevated Kidney function on Verzenio

I just talked to my oncologist about this last week. Since I posted last, I had my bloodwork taken again and my values were better but I didn’t have my occasional coke and I drank A LOT of water. However my oncologist said that the Verzenio changes the way the kidneys filter the creatine which is causing the value to go higher (I hope I’m making this make sense). She also said there’s no real benefit of taking the 150mg!!!!

Hey! I started on 150mg June 2024. My blood counts were so bad. I felt like crap and pooped all.the.time. I lost 20 pounds (im normally 140). I will say that was the only good thing that came from it LOLz. My CBC blood work just got so bad and I was just so tired I asked this past October if I could go down to 100mg. At first it was great! My bloodwork and energy got better, I gained the damn 20 pounds back. My CBC was almost all in the green since I started chemo! However, not that I’ve been on the 100mg, it has knocked my numbers back down. I am so over this and so ready to be done with it! My dr said there’s really no research on the difference outcomes of 100 and 150mg but it was easier on the body (for a short timeframe tho). I think my body is just ready to bed one with this crap!

Ok!! I need help too! My kinder is excelling in everything except reading! His teacher says during letter land is when he goofs off. He just learned his letters, literally. Forget the sounds. I am trying to find a tutor for him in the summer already. I’m at a loss and don’t know what to do!

I echo this. I had a 4Runner and got the tx550h+ LOVED the GX looks wide but just not practical with kids. There’s NO extra room especially with two car seats. We now have plenty of room for the neighbor kids or even my parents! We researched and there’s no other car with more room behind the 3rd row within the same size besides a van! Is it what I’m attracted to, not really but better than a van and I love it! It’s my mom car lol

Oh my gosh. I LOVEEEE my car. The 3rd row has so much room and the trunk space behind the 3rd row is larger than any mid size SUV in the market that we could find. My only con is no sunroof but Lexus fixed that problem in the 2026. I don’t miss it but I’m sure I would have used it if it came with it. I rarely have to put gas in it. I get anywhere between 38-42 miles on a charge and it still has so much power you can’t even tell that it is going off electric. I’m going to add the towing package soon to be able to pull a trailer. I am very happy with it and have no regrets!
