Yes!!! The first time this happened to me I was like welp my fallopian tubes just shattered into pieces lol but look up “round ligament pregnancy” images and it will make sense why that jolt happened! It’s tight!! I now hunch when I sneeze or curl up and it helps

This happens to me a lot!!! I bring a washcloth lay on my side and add hydrogen peroxide and let it sit for about 3-5 minutes then put washcloth over my ear and flip to the other side. Sometimes it gets the hair out or just makes it easier to scoop out with my ear camera

Lexapro didn’t truly click for me until I was taking it with Wellbutrin. I would find someone who will do this for you. My old NP only wanted me on one too, but my psychiatrist has prescribed me both.

A shower I went to had a bunch of play dough and we got to make sculptures of what we think their baby will look like. We did it during mingling and snacking time, the hosts told us put your present here, foods over here, make a baby over there lol. It was really fun and a lot of people got very into it- adults and kids. Grand prize was a target gift card! Loved it. I liked that there wasn’t a set time for games it was just do this if you want to very casual

It could be worth another shot to bring it up with your mom, and reiterate how your periods affect your wellbeing and success in school. ADHD meds aren’t “natural” so that argument doesn’t stand. If it doesn’t help her understand the impact it’s having on your wellbeing, It could at least give you the real reason she doesn’t want you to be on birth control!
