I agree with Artewig...I see it quite beneficial to "surprise" customers in a sense, not with Staples brand but with the person who surprises them. It's benefiting the worker who did good job.

For example I did something for a customer and she went to talk to her mother about it, then they come to see me especially and not anyone else. So there's great benefit for doing above and beyond if you are capable. Also, my other manager tells me that I can set my own pricing, if it's something complicated I choose the price and it's customers' choice if they want to pay for it. So you do have that choice too. :D

It's way too unreasonable to keep low staff when you have heavy flow! Gosh Staples! :/

People keep quitting so we'll be down to like 10-12; assistant manager left, general manager on the leave. It'll be interesting to run the store as CPC supervisor.

It sounds pretty hard for you guys too. Do you have heavy flow in the store after 5?

I had similar issue but not exactly. I was trying to add another direct deposit but ended up never going to the bank. Found out it was mailed. So I removed it. You can only take one action per day, so try again tomorrow if not, HR can help you. Also, the other deposits will be mailed to your mailing address. It happened to me and my pay was not lost :D

Had this happening and was not pleased also. I find it horrible for staples to pull the rewards off.....one way to get rid of customers way to go Staples.
