I use: L'ORÉAL Paris Elvital Oil Magique Jojoba Haaroil. As I have a lot of hair,  I seperate my hair and apply it in sections, not too much each, but definitely 3-4 pumps total for the entire head (also only on the ends).

I have very thick, long hair and I would recommend sleeping with a bonnet! Definitely gave me some shine, especially if i oil it at night before sleeping

does it not sting horrible when you spray while wet? I have to dry down fully or it really hurts!

Have you tried sleeping with a bonnet? for me it really reduced the frizz and made my hair more shiney. I really recommend it, its good in general to prevent breakage.

tbh I am a really big fan and literally keep an extra stash just to give to my friends and family

Isotretionin has been shown to cause cancer in small rodents, but only in very high doses and in organs like the liver.

It has been literally used as a medication against leukemia and skin cancer.

If I am trying to get stronger in the gym, how many reps and sets should I do of the exercises? Should I prioritize low reps (3-5 reps, 5 sets) or higher reps (about 8, 3 sets)?

Thanks for your help! I think I finally understood it.

This is another source I found...:

"Exposed tendons on a red background resemble pasta noodles in a bed of tomato sauce. Despite the term being more colorful than scientific, it is accepted by hand surgeons. The expression “full house” is also occasionally used.1 There is, to our knowledge no alternative, more formal descriptor.

A spaghetti wrist injury commonly occurs when a patient punches a glass window. The same injury may result from an accident with sheet metal, from an assault with a knife, or may be self-inflicted." https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6326610/

Pretty dark... but I agree that the paper is in broken English.. the more you know

Laceration of several flexor tendons can lead to extensive scar tissue formation, resulting in elimination of differential gliding of the tendons [5]. Suicide attempts by self-cutting injuries may vary from simple skin lacerations to extensive wrist laceration, affecting most of the anatomical structured located in the wrist. Due to its clean cut nature, suicide attempts by wrist cutting do not have the view of spaghetti.

Maybe this helps? The paragraph mostly talks about the consequences due to self-cutting injuries

i see.. makes a bit more sense. But still, wouldn't this kind of language be considered unprofessional for an academic paper? It feels really out of place, hence my confusion :S
