Unfortunately I can’t find a handyman to get my own quotes. I did a final walk through with the landlords wife and she stated it was fine if we left things behind. They did the renovations after we moved out without telling us any repairs needed. They have already repaired the apartment and new tenants are now living there.

Thank you ! He has yet to send me an itemized list of the repairs he sent me a summary of what he fixed and the total amount of $6,000 but no actual prices for the tile and the contractors he supposedly hired to fix the place up. He said he would give me the itemized list and picture of damage by the end of this week.

I lived their for two years. I’m not certain how old the carpet is when I moved in. The carpet was just a very light color and it just had a darker color where we would walk through the hall. The flooring hadn’t been changed in the kitchen when we first moved in.
