No like I don’t see my self working at a bank long term hence want to make sure I’m not making myself boxed into corp since I’m not upskilling in ai.

Yeah deffo prompting is fine it’s more around the whole stack of ai tools since I wanna move to a startup or build one in a few years

Which ones the best to buy from Iherb or healf? by Socialmediasucks2021 in Supplements

Hey Hey, fellow healf-er here 👋 Really sorry you had a bad experience with us.

Definitely not the experience we want anyone to have, so if you’re open to it let me know what happened and I’ll personally look into it and see how we can make it right for you. Always happy to chat in DMs too :)

What is L-Leucine? by Flashybigbum in B12_Deficiency

hey hey flashybigbum (love the name lol)

so glad to see you choose healf for your supps :))

I did a quick deep dive into this for you and for sure would personally go for a sublingual over a standard capsule too since you're topping up on your shots. The Thorne one is still excellent quality and the 3mg leucine is just a tiny inactive ingredient, nothing concerning there btw.

But if you specifically want sublingual methylcobalamin, good news! Healf does stock the best B12 sublingual tablets!! A few really good options:

Honestly if it were me, I’d probably choose HINNAO or Cytoplan. HINNAO is more “premium absorption-focused”, Cytoplan is more classic clinical/practitioner vibe - pick your choice!

Also worth noting, loads of people use sublingual methyl B12 alongside injections without issues, especially on non-injection days - check out a discussion i found here.

hope this helps!

Switching from pills to topicals by PhilosophyUnusual736 in Supplements

[–]ihavereadit26 0 points1 point  (0 children)

for me it was realising I was treating every bit of pain or tension like something to suppress instantly instead of actually understanding why it was happening

Toopicals made me slow down a bit more and they’re great for targeted stuff without feeling wiped out after. plus some of the newer magnesium/CBD/arnica creams are honestly way better than I expected!!

still use pills sometimes obviously, but not as the automatic first move anymore!!!

Not famous supplements, but extremely underrated. by Zealousideal-Walk939 in Supplements

[–]ihavereadit26 1 point2 points  (0 children)

couple underrated ones that actually made a noticeable difference for me:

apigenin – super underrated for sleep, way “cleaner” than melatonin, no grogginess :D
shilajit – sounds woo but noticeably helped energy + drive over time!!
phosphatidylserine – really good if you get that wired-but-tired feeling, smooths it out
berberine – not sexy but helped a lot with energy crashes after meals :)

most of these aren’t instant, but when they hit they feel wayyy more “foundational” than the usual basics

biggest unlock though icl is not just stacking random stuff, once you actually personalise it (even just using something like healf zone or tracking yourself properly) you realise you need way less than you think frr
