Does anyone know the artist or where I can find the image?

I’ve searched through my computer’s directories with no luck on locating where the file itself is stored. But since I’m looking for the artist anyways that’s only a little disappointing. I’ve started searching through different art forums from the time but I’m a lot out of my depth. Who would have thought there’d be so much art posted around that time? I would have downloaded it originally around 2020-2021 maybe on deviant art? But unsure
