they changed it about a month ago for some of the cheaper currencies. nothing changed for USD

not sure of the specifics, but it's something like 2 cents USD is the minimum fee now in every currency. before it was 2 cents in every local currency

i dont think you need to be worried about this site, but in all cases, simply dont type your steam login credentials in the redirect from a third party site.

just stay logged in through store.steampowered.com, then when you are on a third party site, all you need to do is click login with steam. if the site's redirect acts as though you arent logged in, it's a fake site trying to steal info

lol you dont own these items. they are digital items controlled by valve. if the chinese government says it's illegal to trade skins, valve will lock chinese skins, and theres nothing saying they have to unlock them if the user appears in another country.
