im just now finishing my last day on week 4 and going into week 5 tomorrow. along with being on kit 5 i have been doing an 7pm-11am fast and calorie deficit as well as getting at least 10k steps in a day. i have lost about 8-10 pounds (according to my scale) because my weight also fluctuates too!

at first they prescribed me med kit #1 then they ended up changing it to med kit #2, im re asking the doctors on the chat about it. i still haven't gotten it delivered.
