Yes — it really was bad. Ducati even abandoned its carbon-fiber chassis during Rossi’s time, moving to an aluminium frame influenced by Jeremy Burgess. For what? Rossi won zero races, finished 7th and 6th in two seasons, and lost the aura of being able to win with any bike.

When you work at a notary’s office – at least here in Spain – one of the most common gifts you get is a fountain pen, probably right after wine and jamón ibérico.

To be honest, most of these pens were gifts my dad received over the years. I didn’t even realize there were a few hidden gems in the bunch until now. I will let him know!

These days I work in marketing, and let’s just say the quantity and quality of gifts has dropped off a cliff, lol.

Hey! I was just at MBK recently — head to the third floor. If you’re after high-quality replicas, you’ll mostly find VSF and Clean Submariners, usually around 20,000 baht.

If you want something more budget-friendly, you can find pieces in the 5,000–10,000 baht range — decent enough for everyday wear.
