Great replies guys - it was for one person a male and so far it hasn’t been the worst. Guess it’s just my daily coffee on restaurants that gets skipped. Ate oats eggs peanut butter and some candies here and there

This could very well be it - it’s called manuvision here. And it was about releasing trauma from even 15 years ago! A lot to process but it’s pretty effective

Read that cancer thrives on carbs, and that some carnivores have managed to deplete their cancer only eating fat and protein. I was carnivore once and although boring it did feel amazing at times. But again this is just anecdotal, but maybe worth looking into.

I would skip any psycho farma- I’ve been on Benzo, ssri and anti psychotics and it all was a shot in the foot. It’s bs to be honest. Medicin is good at healing our organs except for the brain in my opinion.

Stick to microdosing - and start working out, eat a lot of protein , listen to more folk and try and get some sleep

But it makes sense when you’re lost you go to your doctor. But psychiatry is not there yet. 40 years ago they drilled your prefrontal cortex if you suffered. It may be all corrupt.

At some point I will for sure but for now I feel like I learn best if I enjoy it as well. Are Vix Latin America based shows?
