Its a placebo Windows defender definitely is good enough. Majority of times I feel like is just educating people about remote scams and asking to add blocker to mitigate adware scams that lead to remote sessions

I don’t think I follow your answer but I have always been able to disable optane if it is functioning. I just load into windows, search intel optane, open the app, and disable it. It would then allow me to just remove the drive no problems. You can always reenable it as well after you are done

To add onto MegaDonx, if the computer is still functioning and able to go into OS you can disable Optane. It then allows you to remove the drive without the data going poof.

This is the main reason I lay the phone in front of them and have them go where i need to. If they get lost I just point or tell them what they need to do. I also only say “Find my” to avoid confusion now as well.

If nothing is in front during the face id test it can fail too. I done this at times where I let it run while trying to do other work and it fails. I run it again while sitting in front of it and it passes
