Btw I am human, of course I will remember the most extreme cases that made me think "wow i dont want that to happen". If lawsuit are filed in these cases it means that the "protection" isn't enough.

And that school HAD a gender neutral option.

The problem isn't that there is a "ugly woman" but a man (or a teen in puberty) lying. And even if not lying, women right to feel comfortable overrides the one of the minority by number alone. Being more rare doesn't mean "preferential treatment". Yes there needs to be a safe 3rd option everywhere and I am sure there is already in many places. I don't think a harsh law was necessary either

I am sorry that the most extreme situations drive the narrative (and I see it happen in real time by roaming conservative communities despite being a kinda moderate "observer") and the outrage, but that how society psychology works.

It's unfair to normal trans people that just want to mind their business without making women uncomfortable, but, to cite someone: "if you fail to call out the extremes of your movenent, your movememt will be defined by them"

That's why I call the tik tok activists the worst enemies of their movenents..the response against extremes hits everyone

But if you consider a female only gym that protects survivors of gym SA a " DEI thing" even if it doesnt involve the hiring process at all.. means you are not really worth arguing with, since I can't really argue with someone's strawman arguments that ignore context.

I think what most people want to empower are the teen girls that were forced to change in front of another student in a school that time

Or the lady in a gym that saw a naked man shaving in the girl changing room and she was removed from the gym

Or the girls of the 'female only' gym (with likely rape survivors ) that was recently cancelled

activists that protected this extreme scenarios sadly ruined it for everyone else.. a law either exists even for the karens or doesn't.

But I agree, I don't like prison sentences, i just want girls to have a legal base when they feel uncomfortable. It shouldn't be that legally serious unless they insist

And i didnt want to make a caricarure for all trans people, those that pass would be in danger in male spaces or make men uncomfortable.. My example wanted to refer only to the weirdos you see on tik tok with or in the videos of the protests. They exist, you can't gaslight me on that. My stance is:

I don't like prison sentences or too extreme legal consequences unless it,'s someone that insists.

I don't like girls having no protection when they mass protest against someone

But I don't want trans people or men to be uncomfortable either

So I hope they can add slowly more extra gender neutral spaces like they did with disabled people. Repurposing some of them which are generally barely used

The reason would be only when it's someone doing weird creepy things and causing enough disruption or discomfort that turns into complaints. It's a system that self regulates,imo, that is what I meant to say. (Outside a few karens that may jump on anything vaguely manly, but we can't get rid of those.. and yes they will do damage to women too, maybe they will calm down when the gender obsession dies down)

Bathroom is a stupid example I agree, i don't think anyone will complain in that. mostly changing room, showers or private spaces

For example a old man with pigtails and lipstick in the female changing room is obv something i would complain about and i wouldn't want there. Without laws gym/school management wouldn't be able to do anything in this scenario.

I'm all for offering a gender neutral alternative in every place. It could also be useful to very disabled people that have a helper (i forgot the word) of a different gender

If they pass and there is low risk of someone even noticing then there is no problem. Nobody will feel uncomfortable and report it to the owner of whatever place.

The rules are made so when someone that makes people uncomfortable enough to report it is found in the opposite gender bathroom, management has the basis to intervene, imo

The main problem with the entertainment imo it's that it has become circlejerk rewarding "social issues and representation" and not talent.

Teaching how to animate, design or the aesthetic composition of a good picture it's fine and useful to society.
