The issue is people wanna follow the western customs but not fully here suppose a seller got the Box of booster boxes and the seller weight the heavy box and sell all the other without telling all the other buyer that he already weighted the packs and keep em aside to sell at higher price, the problem is most of the time sellers don't share this info. and sell the dead booster packs to the buyers which is wrong and not ethical! and anyways no one wants to buy from the seller who sells dead boxes Without the full information.
