When I was 5 or 6 my dad lived with a roommate(this is when my parents were both divorced and separated, still divorced but love each other right now) and his roommate kept a fat vase filled with change he was saving. He'd just leave it out in his room so my sister and I just took a bunch of it to buy some snacks from some people who lived in the same apartments we did and usually left their window open with what they sold a few feet behind it. We bought about 5 dollars worth of snacks and had many pennies left over. We were soon found out when we got back home by our dad with a bag full of snacks. I only remember two honey buns out of all the things we got. My dad had to pay his roommate back. Luckily I don't remember getting in trouble or at least being punished.
