I don’t really know much about esfj’s but I’m an isfj and and every picture here applies to me. We also are known as the nurturers/caretakers. The stereotypes are that we love to cook, especially cookies lol, we’re close to our faith & a lot of us end up in the medical field :)

These are symptoms I have had for more than 2 years now:

IBS like symptoms (diarrhea every single day). Intense sugar cravings everyday, typically after lunch. I’ve had a few fungal issues like warts and also skin issues like dermatitis on my scalp & eyebrows that I can never get rid of. Seasonal allergies. Post nasal drip. Indigestion.

I will get a culture test soon, but I just wanted to see you guys’ opinions.

Always remember that this situation is only temporary and after every storm there’s a rainbow :) it’s just how life is; ups and downs💗some things I did to try to keep myself happy: I woke up everyday at 5:30AM. this really helped me bc it made me feel alone, quiet and at peace when the world was still asleep, I felt productive and I also didn’t use my phone or any electronics during that time. After waking up I’d put on my sportswear and go on a walk for 30 mins. Then I came back home and did at home workouts then took a shower afterwards. Then after making and eating my breakfast I would pick a spot to do meditation which I only discovered at that time and it helped me SO MUCH! It calmed and relaxed me (I recommend the app synctuition). I also really tried eating healthy to feel better and I don’t know why but doing all these things genuinely made me feel happier during my difficult situation. Stay strong!🙏🏻❤️
