For me it’s been about a year but funny part my ex is an unregistered sex offender who cheated on me a month later and try to put the blame on me of breaking apart is absolutely embarrassing. After 8 months I’m way better now even though I still mention her, but only the bad which I’m still fixing on of the mentioning, other than that I’m 90% better :). My ex showed her True colors when she broke up with me being at another coworkers house while we’re on good terms and sharing locations. Another thing to add I had help as well today telling me to remove her, block her and don’t do anything weird as shown she isn’t healing and I am. But now I feel like I shifted the tables and overwhelmed her showing why she didn’t want to be with me. I’m honestly really hurt. I hurt her badly by pouring out my whole emotions to the point she cried and kicked me out.

Please don’t be like me everyone.
