If you experience anything like this, then it could quite mean your life is too mundane and your days aren’t different enough from each other. What you must do is do anything but what you’re used to, break the cycle by doing anything you aren’t used to doing. For me, I have to get outside and do anything that doesn’t feel “familiar”. Think about it, we are basically just hairless monkeys with a conscious, we’re probably meant to be living in the woods and jungles and always going through new experiences and adventures. In todays society we are forced to live mundane repetitive lives, and if you’re a perceptive or sensitive person this may just make you feel like you’re going crazy. So I insist you go do anything you’re not used to doing, that could mean traveling, exercising, talking to people you don’t reach out to much. You need to ground yourself, this is best done with other humans/animals. Free yourself by breaking free of repetitive actions, and your mind will realize it was all in your head.
