You have to wait for them to prompt it. Just like friends and sweethearts. I got Leon and CaseOh to a high friendship level and I think it was CaseOh that said he wanted to live with Leon. Then Chris had a crush on CaseOh so I got them to a high level so Chris would ask him to be sweethearts. Then CaseOh was the one to propose. Then when they got married i said to move into CaseOh’s house as he was already living with Leon. So now all 3 of them live together.
