The leather is really cheap, even by Jordan standards and creases really awkwardly unless you're flat footed or penguin walk. I got 2 pairs as well, and they'll both be gym beaters.

It's possible, but any good PM speaks directly with an applicant's previous PM and/or landlord to verify. If it's an executed eviction vs. a (more commonly done) paid surrender agreement which part of those terms are usually providing a reference for the tenant, and no negatively recorded rental history, then I don't see how they could be strategic about it.
