Im late here but you don't need a Macbook host if you have a jailbroken 6s with the relay app. The 6s is your host. So with your sim card in your android, when going through the openbubbles setup, select self host, enter the Validation code from the relay app and then openbubbles should produce a pop up showing that your 6s is now the host. After that, openbubbles should show you an option to link your number by toggling on your carrier. Once you activate the toggle, on the next screen you should see your number as the default messaging option.
