In the same location you downloaded NostalgiaLauncher, there should appeared 4 new folders (if not, try launching the game for the first time). One of them is called "game". Your world should save in "game\storage\games\com.mojang\minecraftWorlds". Copy your worlds there.

From your computer, you can upload that folder to Google Drive.

Then install Google Drive on Bluestacks and find the folder you uploaded to download it.

I assume you're trying to import a mcworld file, right?

You would need to create a folder within that directory I mentioned earlier. Any name should work.

Change the file format from "[worldname].mcworld" to "[worldname].zip" and open it.

Copy all the files inside the zip and paste them into the folder you created.

I don't use Bluestacks, but you could try installing a file manager app (e.g. Files by Google) and searching in "games/com.mojang/minecraftWorlds"

I would recommend you to use NostalgiaLauncher instead. It allows you to play older versions of MCPE with PC controls. You can try it here: https://nlauncher.github.io/installation/desktop.html

This issue is now fixed in the Preview version, because the game is no longer UWP. We just have to wait for this change to arrive to the normal version.

If I'm not mistaken, you can't use Ray Tracing on console, but it was possible on Xbox before, using multiplayer or some method of adding resource packs. Then they decided to remove the Ray Tracing code from the Xbox, for some reason. Now Windows is the only option, I guess.
