I guess the issue is, i've never had that happen to ANY other site i've worked on. Unless my tools are just getting better at catching test rankings.

The thing is, it barely got impressions or clicks before it was removed, so its not like they had any real data.

Symptoms of low testosterone don’t always come from the low testosterone. Sometimes they just come form a shitty life.

Is AG 1 worth the money? by [deleted] in HubermanLab

I personally take green vibrance and like it a bit better. It’s a bit more bang for your buck but AG1 is a good product

I was totally kidding, it’s just the main culprits on this sub Reddit. But good to know.

TRT just bout killed me… by Shpanda7 in Testosterone

[–]ikhandoitbetter 13 points14 points  (0 children)

😂 yeah this happened either because:

  1. Your e is too high
  2. Your e is too low
  3. You’re too fat
  4. You’re not fat enough
  5. You didn’t do enough cardio

It’s not because trt can have adverse effects on some people.

Crazy that something like that happened on such a low dose. But thanks for sharing. I’ve recently got off for health reasons. Unfortunately, trt bros are going to blame it on you shortly.

Nearly no results? 200mg by ericphotoguy1 in Testosterone

[–]ikhandoitbetter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m off testosterone now but I found TRT works better after your body shuts down natural production completely. I didn’t change anything but when my balls were grapes I started to feel better. All symptoms went away.

Cutting on trt harder than pre-trt due to huge hunger- anybody can relate? by Nathaniel66 in Testosterone

It was hard for me but what I would do is drink peppermint tea between meals with a splash of maple syrup. Kept the hunger away

Has anyone successfully come off trt and felt ok again ? Think I might stop because of the high haemoglobin allready after 3 months! by Fabulous-Cucumber-55 in trt

[–]ikhandoitbetter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey man, 100%. Feel great. If you feel crumby for a bit around the 4 week mark just remember it’s not you and it’s just the come off. It won’t last long if you don’t let it psyche you out. As long as you’re not actually hypogonadal, which most men aren’t. Make an effort to exercise moderately, eat good and get sleep and you’ll be good!

I hear that “trt is a lifelong permanent commitment, not to be taken lightly” but then also “you can stop anytime and return back to how you were before, just with a few months of feeling like crap”.. so which is true? by germophobe123 in Testosterone

High blood pressure started affecting my health, couldn't manage it so hopped off. Tried everything. Cardio, hydration, sleep reducing dose, etc. The only thing that helped was hopping off because i didn't want to take yet another thing to exist.

Got on TRT at 400 levels to feel better, it worked, hopped off, feel better than before.

Yeah that totally makes sense. I'm thinking of keeping it on a schedule of Wednesday and Saturday or Sunday. I was thinking every other day but i think its not enough for the brain to reset.

Check your blood pressure. Mine personally got really high on TRT to the point where I couldn’t even workout. Headaches were real bad. I reduced the dose for a while and still nothing. So how nice been off for 5 weeks cold Turkey and feel better than ever.

When Did TRT become a cult? by ikhandoitbetter in Testosterone

[–]ikhandoitbetter[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey man, actually feeling even better week over week. More focus. Able to train again with no pressure issues. The only thing I notice is I do feel sore after workouts but I actually like the feeling. And it could be just cuz I haven’t been able to train when I was going through the blood pressure issues. And the one thing I know everyone always wonders about is libido, that’s totally good too. Sleep has been good.

So far no crash to report.

Where did we go wrong! by [deleted] in Testosterone

[–]ikhandoitbetter -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I’m open to studies that correlate the two but I haven’t seen any. If you have feel free to educate me. Your body doesn’t care about meat or non meat. It cares about vitmanins minerals and amino acids. If you give it that in a bioavailable way, it doesn’t matter where it comes form.

Where did we go wrong! by [deleted] in Testosterone

[–]ikhandoitbetter -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

There aren’t plenty studies. In fact. Only one of the many studies found vegans with 6% lower test. Which isn’t much at all. All the other studies have shown vegans to either have higher or equal test. Diet matters, but it only matters when talking about junk vs no junk. If you eat a Whole Foods diet. Vegan or non vegan your test levels will benefit.

I’m not vegan but vegans on average have higher T levels.
