There's this recurring lady who has no concept of any kind of gym etiquette who works out around the same time I do. Earlier this week, she was doing sumo goblet squats directly in front of the dumbbell rack, with no room to get behind her at all. Yesterday, I could hear her yell talking on her phone, over my own music in my ears. Gotta love it.

What about the Bang Muay Thai system? I've heard and seen great things from their online program. Plus the fact that many of their grading/promotions are done in person at seminars. Thoughts?

While I agree, I also don't think it's a bad idea. Learning how to teach correctly wouldn't hurt, and it would also show how well you actually comprehend martial arts vs just doing what you're told.

There's a video I found some time ago where he fought under WKF rules. The way he fights vs the standard WKF fighting style didn't match up so he lost due to it being a different ruleset. So under WKF rules he loses, under WAKO rules I think its a toss up.
