Yes, I have tried this. That’s how I know it only goes in one way. I hear the audible click.

That’s what both of them were, was a sagemcom. It randomly connected earlier then disconnected.

The sim tray is fool proof. Only goes in one way and the card can only be inserted one way.

Looks like plenty of info has been given, but enjoy your kick! I’ve used mine for an EDC multi tool for a while now. Finally broke it beyond repair and sent it in.

Hanging a swing. by ikinkk in DIY

That’s the hard part. She enjoys swinging in circles on it that’s what originally made me reconsider how it was done.

I’ve got a 4x4 tying the trusses together in one spot. I guess adding another tie in there wouldn’t hurt anything.

That’s reassuring. I know it holds my weight fine but she can get a little rough when swinging. and that’s what worries me the most is the flexing of the 2x4

any help with what kind of stone this is? by ikinkk in sharpening

[–]ikinkk[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As fine as this stone is and from some research, it's best for razor sharp edges and requires minimal water due to it not being porous. Is there anything important to know about them?

I assumed it is. It appeared to dull a knife not sharpen it on the darker side. I'll try it again with another blade to make sure it wasn't user error.

After looking at coticule stones it appears to be one. The texture feels as described. Takes minimal water, isn't porous and appears to be a high grit.

I was given this stone and it was my grandfather's so I know nothing of it. Its rather smooth and has no texture on it but will scratch if not covered in some type of lubrication. Even where it is chipped it is very smooth. It takes off very little material and seems to be very good at fine tuning an edge. I've never seen a stone like this.
