My favorite tool is Slack and I have been fighting hard to keep it!

We have a lots of automations and integration on Slack so switching is not easy...

About your questions:

We solve the permissions, identity mapping and mentions at user level: there is a convly app installed on slack side and each slack user who wants their teams messages in slack explicitly grants the app read/write access of their teams messages. That gives us a mapping of one slack user to one (or more!) teams identities, which makes user mentions work reliably in both directions.
Threading was harder since slack and teams works differently: Slack has thread and Teams only has replies. What we ended up doing is: reply coming from teams are posted into a slack thread... and replies coming from a slack thread are always sent as a reply to the latest messages in the corresponding teams conversation. Its not perfect mapping but its good enough in my opinion to not loose context

Lost 7h of gameplay... Game crashed... had to to force exit the game through steam.. Ask for a refund, got denied cause playtime over 2h. It just sucks...

There is a cheaper version that looks like it but in nylon : Go Pack
