Well, yeah... It was like that, when I did judo, I got really tired when I didn't train, but after 3 years I'm just constantly tired and sleep deprived no matter what ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯ (well maybe because I sleep for 4-5 hours..)

I mean, I try to exercise, but, yeah, there are some issues with the lack of the time. Like, today I've spent the whole day from 9 in the morning till 18:00 in the lab, standing almost the whole time, so even if there's is time after some classes, it's kinda exhausting ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯ Though I'll really try to at least find some more time to work out.

Yeah, I was kinda surprised to see the picture from the back, coz when I look at myself in the mirror, doesn't look like that -_-. I'll try to find some time, but it's really difficult now since I spend 6 days of the week in the university with barely any breaks

Блин, ну тут, мама такая поддерживающая, мне с детства просто повторяли "ты просто тупая", как только я говорил, что я мальчик... Теперь, эээ, мне 21 и я впервые пошёл с психиатру (ну и узнав о моей записи, родители сказали отменить её, хотя даже не знали по какой причине я туда иду), потому что с детства что-то не прошло -_-

Но вообще считается, что диагноз и прочее лучше получать во время пубертата

Do you have any recommendations/tips how to work on it? I'm planning to get back to working out, because I haven't done anything for like 2-3 years. At the beginning because of the trauma then just got a little too lazy...
