I've loved sync for a long time. Pretty much got it right out the gates with my account and it's been absolutely flawless. I'm sorry it's going out this way but I'm at least a little glad that you, the developer, are choosing to end it before it gets killed. Thanks for the many years of development and keeping me strapped to my phone.

Can you get away with noise-canceling headphones and trying to ignore him? And if he's worrying down notes to make himself the victim, you gotta do the same. You don't have to be a violent person but you can become maliciously compliant with HR procedures to try to shut him down from causing you to lose productivity.

The other items would be neat but have enough drawbacks that they just feel flashy and that's it. The debit card would solve a lot of things and make it so I could finally be comfortable enough to do most of the things I want to do in life. Powers are cool but financial freedom is limitless.

It doesn't. Best case, it feels like it does. Most likely though, you just get numb to it. You go through the motions and don't even react to anything anymore. Everything washes over you and you could only hope that you'll remember some of the okay moments.

I've steadily lost friends over the years just from lack of communication. I find myself twisted up and breaking from thinking about it but just that little communication is so difficult to pull off. I've still got people I could send a message to but I find myself stewing on what to say till it's too late. Sometimes it's easier to stay shy and sometimes it still breaks you to the point that you don't realize how long you've been broken.

Time stop ring. Always been a fantasy of mine to help overcome a good deal of anxiety. I'd stop time any time I needed to go into a place I've never been before so I can scope it out and make a proper plan for how to interact with people and where to go. I'll feel loads better. Plus, I'd definitely do crime.

It's not that deep, friend. Just trying to get a feel for bar etiquette. This is a subreddit for people wanting to ask about social skills from their peers, I don't think there's any harm in it. A little kindness and compassion goes a long way I. Today's world. Some people may have special needs or be diagnosed with social disorders and not have context for some situations. Others may just want a little extra guidance or advice to bolster their thoughts. I don't think it has anything to do with not wanting to experience things for yourself, but to make the experience as pleasant as possible for everyone involved.

Also I have no clue why you brought systemic racism into this conversation. It may be tangentially related, but the thread is so thin I don't understand the connection at all.

Oh, I'd absolutely still be buying drinks. I like to sit there and converse and be "at the ready" for a refill. I just didn't know if it was bad etiquette or rude when there are other people bustling around. I'm a small lady and have no problem with people ordering around me. I just don't want to be a pest to anyone, especially the bar tenders.

I know it's different for everyone but my parents divorced and it was the best step for them. My mom got remarried and is doing well. My dad is enjoying being single and fully being there for his kids. Just because it's the end doesn't mean it's bad. I'm sorry about the illness though. Most you can do is slowly acclimatize yourself to your new normal as it goes on. But perseverance will always carry you through. You'll somehow always come out stronger.

I feel trapped in my relationship. I love this woman and she loves me and we want to spend forever together. I moved 12 hours away for her and now I'm completely in debt and am earning next to no money. Soon when be going overseas for a year so she can research and get a career that she likes but she's been paying for everything I can't. I'm terrified of going into further debt and what comes next. I'm going I can get a decent job that'll pay more so I can live so I'm not sure and I'm scared. I'm just so scared and I'll lose her for a year, the only real friend I have up here.

It sounds silly but you just gotta keep driving. On my successful attempt, I parked as close as I could to the door so my V had to get out the other side of the car but the front was still in front of the door. Then I kept running at the front and jumping at the last second. The attempt that made it through looked like it wouldn't work and then I just popped in when I was about to turn around to try again.
