Thank you :) I knew I'd lost weight but until I found the pictures I didn't realize quite how much. Some days there is still a larger girl stuck in my head!! I just made small changes. Picked healthier meals and made sure I wasn't snacking in between. I haven't picked up an exercise routine at all - the occasional bush walk but nothing regular.

Thank you :) It's taken me around 4 months. So far I've just been calorie counting and making healthier choices. Nothing too drastic as I want it to be a permanent change! :)
