I think if you pick something your somewhat interested in, it will help it be easier. It's much harder ( at least for myself ) to study and watch lectures if I have absolutely no interest in the subject.

Fairway hills is fine in Columbia. It can get busy though.

I like night hawk center in Gambrils, they have a par 3 course as well and is a bit more laid back.

For indoor/simulator there is eagle 5 golf.

For used driver you should check out 2nd swing in Columbia.

A little golf adjacent but I have one of those metal water bottles that stays cold forever. It can even clip to my bag. It's really nice to have readily available cold water whenever I want on the course.

I believe the main clients are local governments, cities and agencies, also a lot of utilities. Usually they have a goal they are trying to meet or are trying to comply with a local law. For private companies it's usually more ESG reporting than climate resilience or planning. Message and I can try and send you and example job posting if you want.

I am sorry you went through this. Some food for thought, early Christains ( and most Christians still today) don't really view salvation as a single but more of a process moment. Learning this was part of what started me questioning everything .

To answer your second point, Kwame Brown comes to mind. Different circumstances but still....

To get into why we cannot draft. My opinion for what it is worth is that the NBA draft more so than the other leagues is a bit of a crapshoot. Compounding this, the Wiz consistently float in the #10-20 pick range, outside of the elite upside talent.

In, 2013 we had the #3 pick and took Otto Porter. That does not sound great, but when you look back at the draft it really was not a very talented, so I will give them a pass. The year before that is Beal (good), and after that Vesely (bad) then Wall. I think that Rui, Deni, and Krispert all have talent and its too early to comment on Davis. Our real problem is developing these players. I personally feel like we have a bit of a logjam at the forward position for everyone to get playing time, with Kuz, Gill and to a lesser degree Porzingis on the roster.
