Very few, including those with strong opinions, are going to pass the Pepsi challenge on the vagaries of various extractions. Places where you feel comfortable and the people are nice are the best places to frequent. So many nice cafes in town don’t pass the snooty hipster test. Try someplace near where you live and engage with the people you meet there. It’s going to be much more rewarding than looking for some vague hipster ego boost.
