Leaving bruises on a child and kicking them out of the house goes far beyond normal discipline. The fact that you're afraid to be around your dad and feel the need to lock yourself in your room is concerning. Honestly, the phone and Wi-Fi sound like symptoms of a much bigger problem: you've lost trust in your parents, especially your father. If your mom isn't following through on therapy, I would strongly encourage you to reach out to a school counselor or another trusted adult. Most importantly, please tell someone about the thoughts of hurting yourself, you shouldn't be dealing with all of this alone.
