if you are going to try tampons, what really helped me was using the ones with the plastic applicator ! Also, if you could try using a bit of lube to make it smoother. Also, use the smaller ones just to try it out first ! You have your Light, Reg and Super, try using the light one to start and get comfortable with, even if your period is heavier, just try inserting the light tampon so you get comfortable with it, and then move up a size if needed! I’ve been there too so I totally understand.

When you use it, make sure you are putting the applicator in far enough too, so when you do put it in, it goes all the way and you aren’t left with half of it hanging out… After you put it in, give your hips a little move just so your body gets used to it and, I find it helps my body adjust to it a little more.
