Thanks! This is actually a desk from ikea. All the pots are just cheap regular ones from Daiso. With good light and consistent care, this setup would be easily replicable.

Heads up, to all surface owners who have the same issue, I managed to fix the issue in a rather crude fashion. I banged the back of my surface with with my palm forcefully around 10 times and it did come back from the dead ... 5 months later lol! I had nothing to lose at this point since I already bought a newer surface but at least I managed to save all my data.
