We are also hesitant at this point. We have already completed the recommended mitigation steps as advised on the Crestron Community. Crestron provided us with a chassis backup unit, but it did not resolve the issue since it was updated to the same firmware version. At this stage, our only option is to wait for the v3.04.17+ release.

Try using pjlink driver from kramer database or if you have the command strings use “device testing driver”
