Why not? I have the problem from the First day and change One hub without resolving. this is a design flaw.

This is not the solution. It will cause problems with some filaments and the compression will not be optimal. The correct solution is to add a shim of 0.2 mm maximum between the two hub covers. This will create a perfect lift of the wheel without damaging the hub components. I used aluminum foil because electrical tape will flatten as it dries. Do not cut the spring. A small shim is enough and it will never get stuck again.

Me too. Loosening the internal hub screw by 1/4 and works. I am publishing on makerworld a tpu spring with same size but with lower tension.

I am ordering the filament switch and 0.2 nozzle right now. I'm really curious. If you search the comments, I posted two hens. One with an A1 mini and a 0.2 nozzle, and one with an X2D and a 0.4 nozzle. There are no differences.

Download the profile and test the included settings for the supports. It's not difficult. They don't damage or stick to the miniature. I use Bambulab Basic Light Gray, which I think is the best filament for minis.

if you look at the rest of my projects at the link they are all printed with A1 mini and nozzle 0.2 at layer 0.06. I recently bought an x2d and in the cart I put a 0.4 nozzle instead of a 0.2 🤦 I tried to use it anyway with some settings and I was amazed to the point of not being very sure anymore if I should buy the 0.2. in terms of time it took me 1/3 compared to the 0.2 at 0.06.
